At Ottawa 420, we strive to ensure that every delivery in Toronto and Ottawa meets our high standards of quality. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our limitations regarding regulated products.

1. General Return Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of our products (Cannabis and Tobacco) and applicable health and safety regulations, **all sales are considered final**. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages, flower, edibles, or consumable products simply due to a change of preference. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

a. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective (e.g., moldy flower, leaking vape cartridges, or hardware that is "Dead on Arrival"), you must report it to us within **48 hours** of delivery.
b. To process a claim, please keep all original packaging. We may require photographic evidence of the defect to authorize a replacement or store credit.
c. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the quality or safety of the product inside is not grounds for a return.

3. Incorrect Orders

a. If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please **do not open the product**. Contact us immediately upon receipt.
b. We will arrange to swap the incorrect item for the correct one at no additional delivery cost to you, provided the item remains sealed and in its original condition.

4. Vape Pens and Hardware Warranty

a. Disposable vape pens and batteries are covered under a limited warranty for **48 hours** from the time of delivery.
b. If a device is faulty, please test it immediately upon arrival. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on hardware that has been used extensively or damaged by user error (e.g., water damage, dropping).

5. Order Cancellations

a. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
b. Once the driver has left our facility or is en route to your location in Toronto or Ottawa, the order cannot be cancelled, and standard delivery fees may still apply.

6. Refunds and Store Credit

a. Approved refunds will generally be issued as **Store Credit** to be used on future purchases at Ottawa 420.
b. In specific circumstances where a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment or via E-Transfer, depending on how the order was paid. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
